Let’s start with what you won’t incur with Glorit: a brokerage fee. All Glorit properties are offered commission-free—while you can still rely on the comprehensive support of our advisory team throughout the process.


The following additional purchase costs should be taken into account:

  • 3.5% real estate transfer tax
  • 1.1% land register entry fee, 1.2% mortgage registration fee (if financing is involved)
  • 1.5% contract drafting fee (excl. VAT)
  • Notary certification costs and out-of-pocket expenses (vary on a case-by-case basis)
