Our houses and apartments have a special function: they make people happy - and do so sustainably. All our projects are classified as low-energy houses. Our houses are equipped with modern air-to-water heat pumps. For the apartments, photovoltaics provide electricity for common areas, heat pumps and particularly pleasant ceiling cooling for the summer months.
