Andrea Höllbacher appointed head of construction at Glorit 
 

Glorit continues to expand its residential construction division, placing a strong emphasis on female empowerment: Master Builder Andrea Höllbacher has been appointed head of the construction department and also serves as an authorized signatory for the company. In this role, she will be responsible for the steering and implementation of residential projects, taking on a key position in operational construction management.

Höllbacher brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry and is considered a distinguished expert in house and residential building projects. A Vienna native, she successfully passed the Master Builder examination in 2014 and previously held executive positions at Glorit from 2016 to 2022.

Most recently, Höllbacher served as the managing director (under trade law) of a construction firm in Vienna. Prior to that, she gained extensive experience in planning, site supervision, and project management—including work in architectural firms, independent planning, and project management focused on renovation, revitalization, and new construction projects. During her previous six years at Glorit, she served as managing director and played a decisive role in driving the company's strong revenue growth.

The passion for planning and construction runs in the family: her son, Fabio, also works at Glorit in the planning department.

With her return to Glorit, Höllbacher once again contributes her vast experience to the company's ongoing development. She holds personnel responsibility for approximately 80 employees, and her focus lies on further optimizing construction processes, ensuring efficient project management, and maintaining the high-quality standards for which Glorit is renowned.
