The official groundbreaking ceremony for Glorit's new residential project featuring 10 condominiums at Tamariskengasse 34 in the 22nd district took place at the end of November. High-quality condominiums are being built in an attractive green area, right next to the Obere Mühlwasser river and only a three-minute bike ride from the U2 subway station "Donauspital". These homes are designed for people who want to combine a connection to nature with urban convenience.

The location's special appeal lies in its immediate proximity to nature, with the Obere Mühlwasser, the Lobau National Park, and the Danube all nearby, offering numerous leisure and sports opportunities. Additionally, its quick accessibility to the SMZ Ost/Donauspital health center makes the project highly attractive for doctors and healthcare workers.

Sophisticated living spaces

Glorit is developing ten turnkey condominiums with two to four rooms and generous living spaces ranging from 51 to 153 square meters. Four of the apartments have already been sold. The penthouse units are particularly exclusive, featuring private elevator access, flush-mounted doors, and an individual lighting concept with ceiling spotlights. The ground-floor apartments come with private gardens, while all units will be equipped with spacious terraces, thus harmoniously extending the living space outwards.

Highest quality and sustainable technology

The sophisticated fittings and fixtures form a central focus of the project. Furthermore, Glorit is relying on a modern and energy-efficient building technology concept. The sustainable construction method, featuring a heat pump with deep drilling, a photovoltaic system, and energy-efficient ceiling cooling, ensures a pleasant indoor climate year-round and contributes to particularly low energy consumption. Each apartment also has individually controllable underfloor heating.

Each residential unit is assigned its own cellar compartment, and a private underground car park is also available to the future residents. Barrier-free access thanks to the elevator guarantees the highest level of living comfort for all generations.

A strong signal for residential construction

"Housing is becoming scarcer, and significantly less is being built. With the Tamariskengasse project, we are sending an important and deliberate signal: We continue to invest in high-quality housing and create offers where people truly want to live," emphasizes Glorit owner and CEO Stefan Messar. "The demand for sustainable, well-connected, and at the same time nature-oriented residential solutions remains consistently high. This is exactly where we focus our efforts."
