Living just 200 metres from the Alte Donau

In addition to the excellent location, future residents will also enjoy high-quality branded fittings, including real wood parquet flooring, porcelain stoneware tiles, and premium timber-aluminium windows and balcony doors with triple insulating glazing. Each unit features generous outdoor space in the form of terraces, balconies or private gardens, creating a living experience that combines the advantages of urban living with close proximity to nature. Prices start from €499,900.

The topping-out ceremony marks a significant step towards the completion of this special project. The location near the Alte Donau is one of Vienna’s most attractive residential areas. We are therefore all the more delighted to be creating high-quality living space here, combining modern architecture, sustainability and the highest standards of residential quality.

Sustainable features for the highest level of living comfort

A modern ground-source heat pump with deep drilling, together with energy-efficient ceiling cooling, ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round - including component activation for the summer months. A photovoltaic system on the roof supplies sustainable electricity for the building’s communal areas.

The apartments will be handed over ready for occupancy and meet the highest standards of comfort, design and energy efficiency.

Completion of the freehold apartments is scheduled for autumn 2026.

New-build projects in the Alte Donau area are now few and far between. This makes it all the more important for us to continue creating high-quality living space in prime locations such as this. The positive progress of the project also clearly demonstrates that Glorit is a reliable partner when it comes to delivering residential developments in first-class locations.
