When purchasing a property, the following ancillary acquisition costs should be taken into account:
- 3.5% real estate transfer tax
- 1.1% land register entry fee
- 1.2% mortgage registration fee (in case of financing)
- 1.5% contract preparation fee (excluding VAT)
- Notary certification fees and out-of-pocket expenses (individual)
